About Me

Nice to meet you, I’m Yamina Salomon, a Certified Yoga Therapist, Senior Yoga Teacher and a Life Coach. I’m the founder and creator of the Storia-Map Method and Studio and the unique Storia-Map Creation Cards. 

I called my method Storia-Map because the story we tell ourselves about our life is the story that determines what our life, feelings, thoughts and body are.

I facilitate workshops of yoga therapy and visualization with creation cards for professionals in the fields of therapy, education and anyone who wishes to reach their potential and dreams.

I have a bachelor’s degree with honors in Product Design from Parsons University in New York and a master’s degree in industrial design from Domus University in Milan. For 25 years I worked in the field of design, taught in academia, including at Parsons and Prattin New York, and worked as an exhibition designer children’s museums in New York and Israel.

Life has shown me, with the challenges it brought to my door, how everything is changeable when I change the inner story and learn to navigate the sea of life, which may be stormy or calm, towards my goals and dreams. My story and my method are detailed in a self-help book published in 2021.

Today I pass on the knowledge and teach the tools I have learned over the years through personal and group sessions where I accompany development and growth processes, and through courses and workshops.
